Authors sign in and send the work: logline, synopsis, screen form, rights on offer, and proof it is independently held.

We read for adaptation — not only literary merit. We verify chain of title. A small list. If it is not for us, we say so.

Accepted work is listed for producers. We negotiate option and purchase. You keep copyright. We take a commission when a deal closes.

We lead with a feature — one film, the way you lead with a standalone novel. A limited series only when the book will not fit the two hours. A title we offer carries a chain of title, or an honest note where the chain still needs confirming.

No. You appoint us to represent specified rights — typically film and television — for a defined term. The book remains yours. Every deal needs your written approval.
Never. Aisling Transmedia is paid a commission only if an option or sale closes. If we cannot place the work, you owe us nothing.
Before we list, we confirm holdership, review the independent publication or reversion, require a declaration of prior options or claims, and take a warranty of title in the representation agreement.
