The list
Catalog pages are an invitation to inquire, not an offer capable of acceptance. Availability, territories, and status can change. Optioned titles remain visible; their inquiries are paused.
Submissions
Sending a work does not create an agency relationship. We read for adaptation. We may decline without extended comment. We specialise in independently published authors and rights holders who retain control of the rights they are offering.
Representation
Accepted authors appoint Aisling Transmedia as exclusive representative of the specified rights they offer — typically film, television, and any other rights named on the listing. An initial term of twenty-four months, renewable by written agreement. Fifteen percent of option and purchase consideration for the rights we represent. No reading fee. Nothing is due unless a deal closes. The author keeps copyright and every right not named in the appointment. Every option or purchase is subject to the author’s written approval. The signed agreement governs if these pages and that document ever differ.
